How is my order created?

After you place your order, we review your uploaded photo, personalisation details and selected phone model. If the photo is suitable, we create your portrait in the selected style and prepare the design for your chosen case.

If the photo is not suitable, we will place the order on hold and contact you to request a replacement before creating the portrait.

Your artwork is then sent to production, printed on the phone case and prepared for shipping. Your exact portrait is created without a preview or approval stage.

When will my order arrive?

Phone-case production normally takes around 1–2 business days. Once production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
All supported EU countries: 5–10 business days

Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or carrier delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Every order is personalised and made specifically for you. Changes or cancellations may be requested before the order is sent to production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or returned because of a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially incorrect or is confirmed lost in transit, we will help make it right.

For an eligible issue, you may choose a free replacement, store credit or a refund for the affected item. Contact us with your order number and clear photographs where relevant.
