Upload a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face, expression and distinctive features. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered images.

If your photo doesn’t meet our requirements, we’ll reach out to request a new one. Please note this may extend the timeline.

To avoid that, consult our Ideal Photo Guideline.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is my order created?

After you place your order, we review your uploaded photo and personalisation details. If the photo is suitable, we create your portrait in the selected style and prepare it for your chosen canvas size.

If the photo is not suitable, we will place the order on hold and contact you to request a replacement before creating the portrait.

Your artwork is then sent to production, printed on canvas and prepared for shipping. Your exact portrait is created without a preview or approval stage.

For guidance on choosing the best image, please review our Ideal Photo Guideline.

When will my order arrive?

Canvas production normally takes around 2-4 business days. Once production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
Selected EU countries: 2–5 business days
Other supported EU countries: 5–10 business days

Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or carrier delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

For complete delivery information, please review our Shipping Policy.

Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Every order is personalised and made specifically for you. Changes or cancellations may be requested before the order is sent to production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or returned because of a change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if the order arrives damaged, defective or materially incorrect. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

What if something goes wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially incorrect or is confirmed lost in transit, we will help make it right.

For an eligible issue, you may choose a free replacement, store credit or a refund for the affected item. Contact us with your order number and clear photographs where relevant.

View our Refund Policy for complete details.
